Support Intro

There are two levels of support that will meet your specific needs. The Basic Plan which focuses on customer education and Premium Support which provides customers with specific answers to support questions during business hours.

The Basic Support plan is included with every product at no charge.

Premium Support is available for $150.00 per product, or you can buy a multiple product Premium Support plan for $300.00 (covers all WebMaster Incorporated products)

Please Note

When communicating to one of our support staff, please have the following items ready:

  • Version - (ie Trial, Personal, Professional, Corporate, ISP or Enterprise Edition)
  • License (if available).
  • A description of the problem you are having.
  • If the server is running, the IP address where the server can be reached.
  • Your customer support number

If you encounter problems with the installation or operation of a WebMaster Product and our online support is closed please send email to and we will answer your question as soon as possible.

Phone Support

If you have a Product Support contract then telephone support is available by calling

Trial Users
